I've been reading Temple Grandin's "Animals in Translation" and have been discovering many interesting things about autism and about animals. However, I believe the relationship demonstrated below needs no explanation beyond that which is already obvious to the uneducated observer.

Love the new blog with the new technology. The way Oz makes a long, right angle approach to avoid getting close/avoiding eye contact with H is very funny - especially with it replaying over and over. And the way H's head turns to watch him. Then that catly stare in the next pic. Excellent!
Also like the new pic of you looking like the discerning scholar contemplating some aspect of the universe.
Well the Cistus bush looks rather bare right now but it will be jes fine next year, much better, and very grateful I'm sure for getting rid of all that itchy dead stuff. I liked the "procrastinatory pruning diva" bit and the pile of dead stuff is unbelievable that all that was in there. I knew it was a lot from the small removals that I did but had no idea of the full extent. And finally, the campanula is exquisite!

Harriet's crossed paws make me think of Teya (my Teya).
Well, sometimes I cross my paws and use that stare, but it is usually directed at students texting in class, says the other Teya, who is still a bit freaked out at seeing her name on a stone under a bush in Toronto.
I too enjoy Ozzie's using the maximum room allowable to get past H. Nice garden too.

My first reaction on seeing the jump frame video (the way it appears on my screen) was... Oz has turned into a Ninja.
